I recommend to set the window size so that the game has 75-85 fps otherwise the ball is slower than it should be, or you can try manipulating with flags in the "Timming" tab. I have made the same profiles for Wgame.exe and Menu.exe and I can run them separately in the window without problems. When I disable "Fake CD" and mount the CD inage, the game or menu will start from the frontend, but not in the window. If I try to run a menu or game from the frontend, I get a message about the missing CD (but frontend - play.exe doesn't complain). Unfortunately, even if I enable "Allow multiple hooks", I can't run a menu or game from this frotnend. Play.exe - this is the frontend, you can set the keys here, but also run menu (Menu.exe), where you can set the resolution and then game (WGame.exe). There are some minor complications that are not essential, but maybe interesting and I would like to mention them. The game has audio tracks on the CD, so I grabed tracks and enabled "Virtual CD audio". I installed the game in my VirtualXP and transferred it to Win7. What's New in Version 1.The game was released for DOS and Win95 (and some other platforms). It was initially added to our database on. The latest version of Pro Pinball - The Web is currently unknown.

It was checked for updates 31 times by the users of our client application UpdateStar during the last month.

Have fun and please use the support topic to post any findings and suggestions Pro Pinball - The Web is a Shareware software in the category Miscellaneous developed by Pro Pinball - The Web. Thanks again to Adrian Barritt for his permission to proceed. Graphics design, gameplay and long term motivation were never quite as good in the sequels. The post can be deactivated in the configuration section at the top of the script. The Web is by far the best Pro Pinball table. Now this mission is a bit more balanced and worth going for as the ball is feeded towards the bumper on any loop shot. With version 1.2 I added an Up-Post at the top loop during the Ammo Dump Mission. The music tracks must be unzipped and copied to Your "Visual Pinball\Music" folder.

Please install it first and place the folder "The Web.UltraDMD" in the same directory as the table file. The table needs Ultrpeepi's DMD module to run.

PinballWiz45b did a great job testing the table and pointing out several bugs and issues.Īrngrim added the DOF code and changed the B2S activation to the new controller file, so no more " B2S = True" parameter has to be set. For those who wants to rememorate this pinball game that was Pro Pinball: The Web developed by Cunning Developments, but published by Empire Interactive Ente. Zany created the 3D models and textures of the space ships and some playfield details as Flippers, Bumper caps, Flashers. I still have the game CD, so I recorded the table callouts, the main music and used UltraPeepi's UltraDMD for the DMD display and animations. I found a decent playfield image to start a redraw with and detailed table rules and strategies by Erik Mooney and Jonas Martinsson. Unfortunately he was not able to contribute any material. Adrian Barrit replied soon and gave me permission to proceed with the VPin version. Two years ago I wrote an e-mail to the Pro Pinball team to ask for their opinion about a Visual Pinball remake of that table. It got me hooked instantly and I remember placing a paper sheet with the main insert texts in front of my monitor, as the screen resolution did not allow readable insert texts on the playfield.

This PC pinball game was my first real simulation at that time. This is "The Web" by the Pro Pinball Team, made originally in 1996 as a computer game - now in VPX.
